Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lyke Tuytuhlz (ranked 3773 p4p, 1502 weight class) and AJ Llewellyn (ranked 493 p4p, 229 weight class). Tuytuhlz comes to the cage accompanied by Nas - N.Y. State of Mind. Llewellyn has chosen Doomsday as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuytuhlz keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Llewellyn.
A quick step to the side and Tuytuhlz tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Tuytuhlz closes the distance and pushes Llewellyn back into the cage.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Llewellyn has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Tuytuhlz lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Llewellyn can't break the clinch.
Llewellyn wants a takedown but no success here.
Tuytuhlz lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Tuytuhlz lands an elbow inside that Llewellyn shrugs off.

It looks like AJ Llewellyn has been cut.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Llewellyn shoots in for a takedown but Tuytuhlz shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
As Llewellyn tries to get set, Tuytuhlz tries to push him back and clinch up but Llewellyn manages to avoid the attempt.
Lyke Tuytuhlz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of AJ Llewellyn.
Tuytuhlz wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Tuytuhlz stuffs the takedown attempt from Llewellyn. Llewellyn gets slowly back to his feet.
Llewellyn shoots in for a takedown but Tuytuhlz shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Llewellyn closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tuytuhlz circles away.
Tuytuhlz swings for the body but Llewellyn moves out of range.
AJ Llewellyn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Llewellyn tries to keep at a distance but Tuytuhlz has taken the fight into the clinch.
Llewellyn has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tuytuhlz is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

That has opened up AJ Llewellyn's cut even more.
Llewellyn is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Tuytuhlz digs a right hand into Llewellyn's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Llewellyn's gas tank.
