Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cabbage McGintee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brandon Marcellus!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marcellus misses with a takedown attempt
and McGintee counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Marcellus shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McGintee as he jumps to the side.
McGintee lands a jab to Marcellus's midsection.
A lazy body kick from Marcellus
and Marcellus takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
McGintee swats away the attempt to clinch by Marcellus.
No luck for Marcellus with that takedown attempt.
Cabbage McGintee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandon Marcellus.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGintee moves into range and connects with a jab.
McGintee scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Marcellus throws a right hand that McGintee ducks under and follows up with a left that McGintee also avoids with ease.
McGintee is looking to counter punch.
Marcellus takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
McGintee takes a swing at Marcellus's ribcage but misses.
Marcellus has his takedown stuffed
and McGintee counters with a leg kick.
Marcellus looking to score a takedown here. McGintee is defending well but Marcellus drives through and ends up in McGintee's guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now McGintee is on top in guard.
Marcellus working for a triangle but McGintee defends it easily.
Marcellus looks winded!
McGintee controls from within his opponent's guard.

Marcellus thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
McGintee throwing strikes from guard but Marcellus blocks nicely.
McGintee throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Marcellus works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
McGintee throws a big elbow that misses.
McGintee decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Marcellus misses with a leg kick.
McGintee swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Marcellus tries to clinch but McGintee moves away
and McGintee counters with a straight right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Marcellus is looking to clinch.
Marcellus sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Brandon Marcellus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marcellus takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
McGintee looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Marcellus shoots and misses
and McGintee cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
McGintee throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
A slapping leg kick lands for McGintee.
McGintee bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
McGintee fails to land the takedown.
Marcellus takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
McGintee cracks Marcellus with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Marcellus is rocked!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
McGintee throws a monster overhand right that drops Marcellus! McGintee follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
