Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carl Mohn (ranked 24886 p4p, 2289 weight class) and Mr Bean (ranked 0 p4p, 269 weight class). Mohn comes to the cage accompanied by Many Men. Carl Mohn has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Carl Mohn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mr Bean! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, John Roberts and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mohn tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Mohn tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Bean manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. A chopping leg kick lands by Bean. Bean rushes Mohn and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Mohn is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Bean gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mohn tries to roll over but Bean keeps him under control. Bean takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bean working Mohn over with strikes. Bean is thwarting Mohn's attempts to control the position. Well, if Bean is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
That's one minute gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bean connects with a nice short shot to Mohn's temple. Bean has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Mohn looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Bean sitting and controlling from the half guard. Mohn is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Bean scores with a couple of nice shots. Bean not doing much here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Bean seems to be working for a kimura but Mohn defends the submission attempt. Bean working Mohn over with strikes. Mohn is looking to control Bean's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mohn avoid being mounted? Bean looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Bean is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bean seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Mohn looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Bean sitting and controlling from the half guard. Mohn looking for submissions off his back. Bean controlling the action here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Mohn trying to control from the bottom.
Mohn is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bean pulls his head out easily. Bean drops an elbow to the side of Mohn's head. Bean slows the pace down in half guard. Mohn really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Mohn is trying to get back to full guard. Mohn looking for submissions from an awkward position here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Mr Bean dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! A shot to the liver by Bean. Beautiful body shot. Bean closes the distance and clinches. Bean has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mohn uses from the top position. Mohn wants to control from the top but Bean keeps moving. Mohn takes a decent strike to the side of the head. Bean wants to sweep but no luck. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bean wriggles free and stands up. Bean fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mohn sprawls well initially but Bean persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Mohn knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bean on the ground. Mohn is looking to improve his position.
This has been an exciting period of action! Bean landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mohn is pressing down on Bean's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Mohn trying to control the position.
Bean connects with a couple of short punches. Mohn looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Bean passes into side control.
Bean decides to stand back up. Bean fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mohn, pushing him back against the cage. Bean lands a takedown into guard.
Bean controlling from the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mohn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bean gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Bean scoring with punches to the head and body. Bean scoring with some ground and pound. Bean distracts Mohn with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Bean looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bean landing with the ground and pound. Bean postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Mohn isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bean stacks Mohn on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bean! Mohn is looking for a sweep. Bean controls the position. Bean is chipping away with strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bean taking a breather here. Bean scores with a couple of short elbows. Bean is putting a hurting on Mohn here, landing some big shots from side control. Bean working away. Bean takes advantage of some sloppy striking from Mohn to pass into mount. Bean sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Bean lands a big shot there that rocks Mohn but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Mr Bean showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Bean clinches up with Mohn and pushes him back against the cage. Bean turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bean manages to end up in side control. Mr Bean has got the better of the ground game so far. Bean working away. Bean in side control lands a decent elbow. Bean in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Mohn is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Mr Bean!
