Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wei Yu Bin (ranked 3855 p4p, 3791 weight class) and Merab Reaper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Wei Yu Bin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Merab Reaper!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Sergei Dronov and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reaper is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Yu Bin's half guard.
Yu Bin manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Reaper shoots and misses
letting Yu Bin counter with a right hand.
Yu Bin closes the distance and clinches.

Yu Bin shoots in for a takedown but Reaper shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Yu Bin jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Reaper walks away with a smile on his face. Yu Bin gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Yu Bin shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Reaper manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Reaper is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Yu Bin sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Reaper is pressing down on Yu Bin's thigh, looking to free his foot. Yu Bin is holding on for now.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Reaper swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Reaper is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Yu Bin is keeping busy.

Yu Bin jumps guard and drags Reaper to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Reaper fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Yu Bin tries to counter with a takedown but Reaper is quick to defend against it.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Yu Bin connects with a nice short shot to Reaper's temple.

Reaper shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Yu Bin pinned against the cage. Yu Bin gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Reaper takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Yu Bin shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Reaper defends it nicely.
Merab Reaper has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Wei Yu Bin is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
