Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Freaky Trevor (ranked 915 p4p, 733 weight class) and Junior Calderon (ranked 87 p4p, 66 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Junior Calderon enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Freaky Trevor! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Junior Calderon! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trevor forces Calderon back against the cage and clinches.
Calderon manages to break the clinch.
Calderon throws a hook to the side of Trevor's head but Trevor sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Freaky Trevor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Calderon throws a lazy right hand but Trevor sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Calderon misses with an uppercut. Calderon throws a looping overhand right but Trevor ducks down to avoid it. Trevor misses with a low kick. It seemed like Calderon was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Calderon looks to score with a jab to the body but Trevor is just out of range. Trevor fails in his attempt to clinch.
Trevor pushes Calderon up against the cage in a clinch. Calderon is trying to break the clinch but Trevor is controlling him. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. The referee calls for Trevor to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Calderon pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Trevor definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Trevor tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Calderon paws at him with a jab and circles away. Trevor doesn't manage to clinch there - Calderon circles away.
Calderon throws out a loose jab but Trevor uses good head movement to avoid it. Calderon throws a sloppy head kick and Trevor moves out of range easily. Trevor keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Calderon. Calderon scores with a body shot.
Calderon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Calderon misses the shot to the body. Trevor tries to clinch but Calderon is having none of it.
Trevor clinches up against the cage. Calderon is trying to break the clinch but Trevor has him pressed against the cage. Trevor keeps control of Calderon as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Trevor manages to pull guard.
Calderon must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Trevor looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Calderon engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Calderon looking to pass the guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Trevor looking to hit a scissor sweep but Calderon is one step ahead there. Calderon not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Trevor looking for a sweep. Not yet Trevor, not yet.
Trevor is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Calderon defends well. Trevor lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Trevor is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Calderon is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Calderon has escaped and now he's on top!

Trevor pushes a forearm under Calderon's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Calderon is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Freaky Trevor!
