Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Harry Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alex Krasilin!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Bruno Hogan and Winston Howard.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Brown enables Krasilin to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Brown manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Brown seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Brown's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Krasilin would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Harry Brown has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Brown shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Krasilin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Brown stands up from Krasilin's guard - Brown perhaps looking for a knockout.

Krasilin shoots and misses

and Brown decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Krasilin's guard.
Krasilin utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Brown trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

We're going to have a standup here because Harry Brown wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Krasilin tries to clinch but Brown moves away

and Brown counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Krasilin's guard now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Krasilin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Krasilin looks gassed!

Brown is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Brown pushes down on Krasilin's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Brown is trying for a kimura here. Krasilin looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Brown wins by kimura!
