The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, John Mangel and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mulatte shoots in for a takedown but Chang shows good takedown defense.
Chang tries to clinch up but Mulatte circles away and keeps his distance.
Mulatte doesn't manage to clinch there - Chang circles away.
Mulatte throws a series of punches but Chang avoids them all with ease.

Chang tries to bum rush Mulatte with a series of wild strikes but Mulatte uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Chang leaves Mulatte with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Chang slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Chang will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Chang shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mulatte eats them both and turns towards Chang to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Damien Chang showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Mulatte is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Chang can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mulatte can't control as he wanted to and Chang manages to get the fight back to his half guard.

I would just about give that final round to Damien Chang.
