Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jimmy Kimmel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Archibald Tuttle!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kimmel leaves Tuttle with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Tuttle misses with an attempted mid kick.
Tuttle displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kimmel throws out the jab.
Tuttle looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Tuttle takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Kimmel blocks the body kick.
Nice body kick from Tuttle.
Tuttle shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kimmel as he jumps to the side.
Tuttle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Kimmel stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kimmel wants it to stay on the feet.
Jimmy Kimmel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Archibald Tuttle.
Tuttle throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Kimmel misses with a jab, cross combination.
Tuttle misses with a kick to the body.
Kimmel scores with a hook.
Tuttle looks to score with a jab to the body but Kimmel is just out of range.
Tuttle fails in his attempt to clinch.

Kimmel misses with a hook.
Kimmel ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Tuttle goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Tuttle tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kimmel swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Tuttle misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tuttle shoots in but no luck this time.

Tuttle pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Kimmel takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kimmel missing with a left hand there. Tuttle was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Kimmel throws a hook but Tuttle blocks it.
Tuttle explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Tuttle - that will leave a mark!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Tuttle throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Tuttle closes the distance and clinches up with Kimmel, looking for a takedown. Tuttle pushes Kimmel against the cage but Kimmel circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Archibald Tuttle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Kimmel connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Tuttle lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Tuttle is looking to clinch but Kimmel is avoiding it.
Tuttle has a takedown stuffed.
Tuttle closes the distance and clinches up with Kimmel, looking for a takedown. Tuttle pushes Kimmel against the cage but Kimmel circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tuttle is breathing heavily.
Tuttle looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Archibald Tuttle seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Kimmel misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tuttle.

Tuttle tries to clinch but Kimmel is having none of it.
Tuttle shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tuttle showed some decent athleticism there.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Kimmel is not content to let Tuttle control the position.
Tuttle is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tuttle wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kimmel keeps working.
Tuttle passes the guard and advances to mount!
Tuttle trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Tuttle is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Kimmel to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Kimmel shrugs it off.
Tuttle working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Kimmel defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Tuttle.

Tuttle is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Kimmel has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Tuttle lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Archibald Tuttle showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kimmel crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Tuttle - the referee stops the clock and Kimmel gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Tuttle. Kimmel manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
A thudding body kick lands there by Tuttle!
Tuttle throws a wild body kick that Kimmel sees coming a mile off.
Kimmel takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Kimmel closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Tuttle turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
With the fighters up against the cage, Tuttle throws an elbow but misses.

Tuttle lands a left hand.
Tuttle decides to pull guard.
Tuttle has his foot on Kimmel's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kimmel works his way back into a safe position though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kimmel is sitting in close to Tuttle's body. Tuttle has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Kimmel is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Kimmel is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Tuttle.
