Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrey Vega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafal Baginski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Baginski's choice of entrance music: Dj Khaled - Win. Rafal Baginski acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andrey Vega! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rafal Baginski! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Vega, as that shot connected.
Vega tries to clinch but Baginski is having none of it. Vega keeps the fight on the outside. Baginski throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Vega tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Baginski is in Vega's guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Baginski stands up and waves to Vega to follow him. Vega checks the leg kick. Baginski misses with a head kick.
Baginski shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Vega manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Vega has a closed guard, preventing Baginski from standing up. Vega might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Baginski throwing strikes from guard but Vega blocks nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vega wants to sweep but no luck. Vega is breathing heavily. Vega keeping moving, preventing Baginski from controlling successfully. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Baginski accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Vega is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Baginski is controlling him. Baginski trying to control the position from guard on top but Vega is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Rafal Baginski has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Baginski darts in trying to clinch and Vega counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Vega.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Baginski breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Vega tries to land a front kick but Baginski steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Baginski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Vega swats him away and circles back towards the center. Vega moves into the clinch. Baginski is trying to stall.
The referee is keeping an eye on Baginski - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Andrey Vega has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rafal Baginski. Baginski throws a right hand that Vega ducks under and follows up with a left that Vega also avoids with ease. Baginski shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Vega sprawls well. Vega wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Baginski gets slowly back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vega rushes Baginski and presses him up against the cage. Vega pulls Baginski into guard.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Baginski tries to free his leg and advance position but Vega is retaining full guard. Baginski is fighting to break Vega's control of his arms but Vega is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Vega jumps guard but Baginski turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Vega tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Baginski smiles and moves away.
Baginski gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Vega to score an easy takedown into full guard. Baginski trying to keep a closed guard but Vega is proving a slippery customer.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Baginski is controlling Vega's posture.

Baginski is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Baginski is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Vega off and has taken his back! Vega is trying to escape under a series of strikes and manages to escape from Baginski 's hooks. Baginski misses with a head shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Baginski looking to control but Vega is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Baginski unloading with bombs! Baginski goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Vega turns into him and now he's in Baginski's guard.
Vega thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Vega preventing the sweep. Baginski has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vega stays in close to Baginski's body and controls the position. Baginski controls Vega momentarily but Vega frees himself. Baginski escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Vega gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Rafal Baginski has got the better of the ground game so far. Vega stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Baginski swivels though and keeps the full guard. Baginski controls Vega momentarily but Vega frees himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Baginski keeping moving, preventing Vega from controlling successfully. Vega stops Baginski from standing up. Vega wants to control from the top but Baginski keeps moving.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Vega misses with a series of wild punches.
Vega looks to land a combination. Baginski sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Rafal Baginski will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Baginski tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vega sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Baginski somewhat. Andrey Vega has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rafal Baginski. Vega closes the distance and pushes Baginski back into the cage. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Baginski dives in and grabs Vega's left leg, looking for a takedown. Vega pushes down on Baginski's head and hops out. Vega lands a nice shot to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Baginski tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Baginski doesn't succeed with the takedown and Vega counters with a shoot takedown. Baginski fights it but they end up in guard. Baginski wants to stand and escape but Vega is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Baginski tries to land a sweep but no joy. Vega advances to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Baginski is pressing down on Vega's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Baginski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Baginski is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Baginski looking for a sweep. Not yet Baginski, not yet. Vega slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Baginski keeping moving, preventing Vega from controlling successfully. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Andrey Vega. Vega fails with the takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Baginski closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Vega's guard. Baginski trying to control the position from guard on top but Vega is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Baginski pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Vega is keeping the position for now. Baginski wants to control from the top but Vega keeps moving. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Vega is looking for a triangle here but Baginski uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Andrey Vega has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Rafal Baginski is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Vega is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Andrey Vega. I think Baginski has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
