Jones has chosen Let The Bodies Hit The Floor as his entrance music. Joseph Jones is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Noah Jack! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Joseph Jones! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones throws a half hearted mid kick. Horrible takedown by Jack or perhaps it was just good defense by Jones which made him look bad. Jones closes the distance and clinches. Jack has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jones avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Jack has Jones pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Jones manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Noah Jack. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jones is defending well against a takedown attempt. Jack has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Jones avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Jones stops a takedown attempt from Jack.

Jack misses with a takedown attempt and Jones counters with a takedown into side control. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jack manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Jack slips a nice elbow through Jones's hands, connecting with Jones's forehead. Jack throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Jones wants to control but Jack is keeping busy.
Jones tries to get to full guard but Jack has control of the leg. Jones blocking the ground and pound attempt from Jack.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones taking some punishment here, with Jack in his half guard. Jack lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Jones keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Jack winds up and cracks Jones with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Jones on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Ground and pound from Jack. Jack not landing any meaningful shots this time. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Jack lands a nice short elbow. Jack frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Jones looks winded! Jones in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Jack lands a big shot there that rocks Jones but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
