Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Goofy Oatmeal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregor Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Oatmeal.
Oatmeal closes the distance but Alexander moves to the side
and Alexander counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Oatmeal drives through and clinches with Alexander against the cage.
Oatmeal is trying to force a seperation but Alexander has the dominant position.
Oatmeal pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Alexander slaps away a takedown attempt from Oatmeal, before circling back to the center of the mat.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Alexander can't get the takedown.
Alexander avoids the elbow strike from Oatmeal, against the cage.
Alexander jumps guard and drags Oatmeal to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Alexander wriggles free and stands up.
Alexander fails with a takedown attempt.

Oatmeal tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Oatmeal misses with the combination.
Alexander shoots and misses
and Oatmeal counters with a nice body shot.
Goofy Oatmeal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gregor Alexander.
Alexander tries to score a power double leg takedown but Oatmeal sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Alexander somewhat.
Alexander looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Oatmeal is fending him off so far but Alexander persists. Nope, Oatmeal circles away and we're back to standing.
Alexander shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Oatmeal is looking for a sweep. Alexander is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Oatmeal on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Oatmeal tries to get out of the position.

Oatmeal keeping moving, preventing Alexander from controlling successfully.
Alexander throws a big right hand that misses.
Alexander has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Oatmeal is proving hard to escape from.
Oatmeal has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Alexander off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Oatmeal is breathing heavily.
Oatmeal closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Alexander to the mat! Alexander manages to get full guard.
Oatmeal not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Goofy Oatmeal.
Alexander tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Oatmeal manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Nice sprawl there from Oatmeal as Alexander shoots in.
Oatmeal throws a sloppy head kick and Alexander moves out of range easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Alexander shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Oatmeal eats them both and turns towards Alexander to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Goofy Oatmeal will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Oatmeal throws a low kick but it's checked well by Alexander.

Oatmeal wants to get back to his feet but Alexander is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Oatmeal tries to improve position but can't.
Alexander is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Oatmeal's shoulder. That is not cool.
Oatmeal is trying to improve his position.
Alexander happy to just control the position for now.
Oatmeal gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Alexander takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
You get the feeling that Oatmeal really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Alexander postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Oatmeal looks a forlorn figure.

Alexander lands a heavy elbow.
Gregor Alexander has got the better of the ground game so far.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Alexander cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Alexander can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Oatmeal is looking to escape.

Oatmeal wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Alexander.
Oatmeal tries to lock up and control but Alexander gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Gregor Alexander showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Alexander is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Oatmeal has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Alexander.

Oatmeal gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Oatmeal has Alexander pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Oatmeal pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Alexander tumbling to the mat - Oatmeal dives into Alexander's guard.
Oatmeal working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Oatmeal wants to pass the guard but Alexander is keeping the position.

Goofy Oatmeal showed his dominance in that final round.
