Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jet Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Howard Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jet Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Howard Wallace! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallace shoots in but no luck this time. A left and a right from Lee both land. Nice combination. Lee fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lee fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Wallace avoids it really well and circles away. Wallace gets a double leg takedown into Lee's guard. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Lee pushes Wallace off and gets back to his feet.
Wallace shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Lee moves into the clinch. Lee is trying to push Wallace away but Wallace has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Lee jumps guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee pulls Wallace in to control the position. Lee wants to stand and escape but Wallace is having none of it.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jet Lee wasn't doing enough on the ground. Wallace shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lee pinned against the cage. Lee gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jet Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Howard Wallace. Wallace shoots in looking for a takedown. Lee tries to sprawl out of it but Wallace keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lee manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Wallace shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Lee manages to get to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Lee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's three minutes gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Lee is trying to control the position but Wallace postures up.
Jet Lee has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Wallace shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense. Wallace displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lee. Wallace shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lee defends it nicely. Wallace looks winded! Wallace shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee lands with a kick to the temple. Wallace shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Wallace has a takedown stuffed. Lee looks for a takedown but Wallace sprawls well. Wallace fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Lee shoots in for a takedown but Wallace shows good takedown defense. Lee lands a high kick!
Lee tries to score a power double leg takedown but Wallace sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lee somewhat. Nice body kick there by Lee. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lee instigates a clinch. Wallace drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lee gets the underhooks and prevents it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jet Lee dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Lee leaves Wallace with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Lee gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Lee manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wallace manages to get himself to full guard.
Wallace controls Lee momentarily but Lee frees himself. Lee loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Wallace is breathing heavily. Lee passes Wallace's left leg - he's now in half guard. Lee looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee wants to take a breather but Wallace is having none of it. Wallace tries to get to full guard but Lee has control of the leg. Lee is looking for a kimura but Wallace is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lee to get the leverage. Lee frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lee thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Lee throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Wallace because Lee loaded up on that one. Wallace is working to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lee tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Lee misses with a head shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee throws some wild stikes that Wallace manages to avoid easily.
Lee sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Wallace really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lee misses with a head shot. Wallace wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Lee.

Lee has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Wallace is looking to improve his position but Lee isn't that keen on the idea. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lee is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Wallace is surviving well by controlling Lee's body position as best he can. Wallace is looking to get to half guard. Lee sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wallace can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallace avoids a series of strikes thrown by Lee.
Lee controlling the pace for now. Lee misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Lee is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Wallace can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Lee with the ground and pound from mount. Lee defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Wallace. Jet Lee is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Lee is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Lee fails with an attempt to clinch.
Wallace closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away. Lee scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Wallace drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wallace tries to move to full mount but Lee actually manages to regain half guard. Wallace prevents Lee from standing back up.
Wallace takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee is trying to maintain the position but Wallace is very close to passing his half guard. Wallace prevents Lee from standing back up.
Lee regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee has control of Wallace's left arm, preventing Wallace from doing any damage.

Lee slaps away a takedown attempt from Wallace, before circling back to the center of the mat. Lee shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wallace pinned against the cage. Wallace gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Lee throws a head kick that Wallace semi-blocks.
Lee lands a nice looking body kick. Wallace fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee instigates a clinch. Lee lands a hook that snaps the head of Wallace backwards. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Lee. Lee is pressed up against the cage. Wallace has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lee down to the mat. Lee avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Lee throws a head kick that Wallace semi-blocks.
Lee shoots in but no luck this time. A decent looking body kick lands there for Lee. Lee cracks Wallace with a good jab. Howard Wallace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee has taken the fight to the clinch.
Lee pulls guard effortlessly.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee looking for a sweep. Not yet Lee, not yet. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Lee is on top in guard.
Howard Wallace has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jet Lee is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lee trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
And that's the end of the fight! Jet Lee showed his dominance in that final round. Well Lee has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
