Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roosevelt Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brocks Lesnars (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brocks Lesnars is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roosevelt Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Brocks Lesnars!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lesnars is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Miller dives in and grabs Lesnars's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lesnars pushes down on Miller's head and hops out.

That was a close round but I would say that Roosevelt Miller will probably get the nod.

Lesnars clinches up with Miller and pushes him back against the cage.

Lesnars is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Miller can't fight it off and eventually Lesnars manages to take the fight to the floor. Miller looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Lesnars tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Miller's elbow.
Miller wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lesnars has him pressed against the cage.

Miller is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Lesnars is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Lesnars has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Lesnars is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Miller sees it coming and defends easily.
Lesnars is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Brocks Lesnars has got the better of the ground game so far.
Lesnars seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Miller is staying active underneath Lesnars, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Lesnars drops an elbow to the side of Miller's head.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Lesnars. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
It looks like Lesnars is going to stand back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Miller slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Miller misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Miller is trying hard to land a takedown here. Lesnars sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

It looks like Roosevelt Miller has been cut.

Well Lesnars has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
