Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between LightHeavy Weight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, LightHeavy Weight!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Hulk Hogan!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Daniel Franklin and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hogan shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Weight manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Weight controlling the position.
Weight's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Weight on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Weight tries to get out of the position.
Hogan throwing strikes from guard but Weight blocks nicely.
Weight preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Hogan postures up in Weight's guard and throws a big left but Weight blocks it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hogan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Hogan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Hogan trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Weight manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Hogan can't keep his opponent in guard - Weight advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Hogan has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Weight escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Weight!

Weight controls the position from side control.
Hogan tries to improve position but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hogan is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Hogan is trying to improve his position.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Hogan is trying to work for a sweep but Weight has mounted him!
Hogan tries to reverse the position but Weight maintains control.
Weight controlling the position easily from mount.
Weight has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Hogan is in all sorts of trouble here.

Weight controlling from the full mount.
Hogan is trying desperately to improve position.

Hogan is working to get back to half guard.
Weight controlling his opponent.
Further stalling from Weight.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hogan wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Weight slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
You can see the frustration on Hogan's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Hogan is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Hogan turns into Weight and is now in his guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Hogan scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Hogan throws a strike but Weight rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Weight passes into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

LightHeavy Weight dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Weight throws out a loose jab but Hogan uses good head movement to avoid it.

Weight swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hogan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Weight sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hogan somewhat.
It looked like Weight was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Hogan.
Nice sprawl there from Weight as Hogan shoots in.
Hogan takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hogan defending well as Weight loads up on a big left hand.
Weight is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hogan can do to turn this around?
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hogan.
LightHeavy Weight has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hulk Hogan.

Weight drives through and clinches with Hogan against the cage.
Weight cracks Hogan with a nice body shot.

Weight prevents the takedown attempt.
Hogan is breathing heavily.
Hogan is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Weight is defending well.
Weight lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.


It looks like Hulk Hogan has been cut.
Weight softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.
Weight lands a left hand that snaps the head of Hogan backwards.
Hogan is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Weight lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
A short right from Weight on the inside.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Weight.
Weight gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Weight.
Weight lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Weight comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Hogan takes an elbow to the forehead.


Hogan is rocked!


That has opened up Hulk Hogan's cut even more.
Hogan blocks the elbow strike.
Hogan is still on wobbly legs! Can Weight finish him?
Hogan avoids the elbow strike from Weight, against the cage.
Hogan blocks an elbow strike.
Weight lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Hogan to his knees! Weight keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). LightHeavy Weight!
A very excited looking LightHeavy Weight rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
