Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Donovan Wall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yann Kerrec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donovan Wall has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wall shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kerrec is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Wall with a body shot.
Kerrec lands a jab-cross combination.

Kerrec feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Wall really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Kerrec thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Wall has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kerrec can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Wall misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Donovan Wall.
Well Kerrec has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
