Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Avery Bradley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miroslav Stefanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bradley shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bradley lands a nice shot to the body.

Bradley prevents Stefanov from improving his position.
Bradley drops an elbow to the side of Stefanov's head.
Bradley wants to take a breather but Stefanov is having none of it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Avery Bradley will probably get the nod.

Bradley rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stefanov moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bradley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stefanov paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Stefanov closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bradley's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Bradley is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Stefanov has closed the distance and engaged Bradley in a clinch.

Stefanov keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Bradley's efforts to push away.
Stefanov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Avery Bradley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Bradley takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Bradley shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Stefanov eats them both and turns towards Bradley to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Stefanov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bradley is trying to defend but Stefanov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Horrible takedown attempt by Bradley or perhaps it was just good defense by Stefanov, which made it look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Avery Bradley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stefanov has taken the fight to the clinch.
