Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Calvin Kidd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mini Mies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kidd slips a jab and a cross from Mies.
Mies misses with a hook to the body
and Kidd counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kidd.
Mies is working for takedown but Kidd is calmly controlling the position for now.
Kidd gets underhooks to prevent Mies's takedown attempt.
Mies has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Kidd is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Calvin Kidd has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mini Mies.
Mies is fighting off a takedown attempt but Kidd is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Mies to the mat. Mies regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
