And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kirby throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Kirby connects with a body shot that sends Lee Roth's belly button to the back.
Lee Roth lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kirby circles away quickly and effectively.
Kirby has been working on his boxing with his coaches at 3Band MMA ($700/week) in the buildup to the fight.
Kirby lands a high kick!
Kirby turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Kirby lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Kirby bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Lee Roth takes a swing at Kirby's ribcage but misses.
Kirby throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Lee Roth.
Lee Roth rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kirby counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Lee Roth looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Kirby shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lee Roth's guard.

Kirby is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Kirby with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Lee Roth looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Kirby is defending well. Lee Roth quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Kirby has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Lee Roth celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

In his post fight interview, Wolfgang Lee Roth started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
