The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riccardo throws a series of strikes that have Gvozdev backpedaling.
It looks like George Gvozdev has been cut.

Gvozdev misses with a left hand
and Gvozdev takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gvozdev throws a hook to the side of Riccardo's head but Riccardo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Riccardo throws out a counter right but Gvozdev avoids it with no problem.
Gvozdev looks to land a left hand but Riccardo moved out of range nicely.
Gvozdev takes one to the chin there.
Gvozdev throws a hook to the side of Riccardo's head but Riccardo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Riccardo looks like he wants to counter punch here.

A little jabbing left from Riccardo on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Riccardo tests Gvozdev's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Gvozdev lands a jab to Riccardo's midsection.

Gvozdev throws the left hand but Riccardo avoids the punch easily.
Gvozdev takes a swing at Riccardo's ribcage but misses.
Riccardo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gvozdev.
Riccardo scores with a nice head shot.
Gvozdev takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Riccardo looks to score with a jab to the body but Gvozdev is just out of range.
Gvozdev gets cracked there but stands up to it.
George Gvozdev's cut is getting worse.
Riccardo scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Riccardo lands with a straight right. Gvozdev didn't see that one coming.
Riccardo connects with a crisp jab.
Riccardo drops Gvozdev with a huge uppercut! Gvozdev drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Riccardo is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
