Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kantaro Hoshino (ranked 4209 p4p, 397 weight class) and Dominick Bruise (ranked 2745 p4p, 308 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dominick Bruise!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Bruise.

Hoshino throws a jab when Bruise was well out of range.
Bruise looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Hoshino rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Bruise counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bruise jabs Hoshino right on the nose. Hoshino blinks but takes it well.

Bruise throws a lazy right hand but Hoshino sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Bruise has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Well Bruise has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
