The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maestre throws the left hand but Baba avoids the punch easily.
Maestre definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Baba throws a front kick aimed at Maestre's knee but Maestre avoids it well.
Baba has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Maestre throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Baba.
Baba is looking for the big counter here.
Baba needs to keep his hands up - Maestre had a free shot at his head there.
Baba stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Baba misses with a few strikes there.
A slow jab from Maestre misses its intended target.

and Maestre counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

and Maestre counters with a lovely shot to the body.

It looks like Ari Baba has been cut.
Maestre cracks Baba with a hook to the temple - Baba is on wobbly legs here! Maestre swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Baba falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Maestre wins by TKO!
