Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Abby Kadabby (ranked 4543 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Cole (ranked 5363 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Abby Kadabby has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Abby Kadabby! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Adam Cole! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cole throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kadabby cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Kadabby fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cole avoids it really well and circles away. Cole pushes Kadabby up against the cage in a clinch. Kadabby taking a breather. Kadabby jumps guard and drags Cole to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Cole gets to his feet. Kadabby looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Cole looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kadabby is fending him off so far but Cole persists. Nope, Kadabby circles away and we're back to standing. Kadabby is looking to counter the offense by Cole and move into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cole rushes Kadabby and presses him up against the cage. Cole jumps guard.
Cole has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Kadabby is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Kadabby using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Cole has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kadabby misses with an elbow strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cole pulls guard effortlessly. Cole is controlling Kadabby's posture. Cole pushes Kadabby off and scrambles back to his feet.
Kadabby cracks Cole with a right hand to the side of the head. Cole moves into range and clinches up with Kadabby. Cole decides to pull guard. Kadabby prevents Cole from getting back to his feet. Cole pushes Kadabby off and scrambles back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cole looks for a takedown but Kadabby sprawls well. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kadabby misses with a body kick. Kadabby darts in looking for a takedown but Cole gets double underhooks and turns Kadabby into the cage. A punch combination from Cole misses. Kadabby takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Cole shoots in and gets a takedown into Kadabby's guard. Kadabby wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Cole manages to pass to side control. Kadabby is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Cole content to control rather than advance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kadabby on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Cole is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Cole is looking to take a break and control but Kadabby is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Cole works his way into side control. Cole working the ground and pound from side control. Kadabby is looking for a sweep. Cole controls the position. Kadabby is looking to reverse the position. Kadabby is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kadabby trying to remain calm as Cole controls from the top position. You can see the frustration on Kadabby's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Cole lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Kadabby down.
Cole looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Cole works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Kadabby is trying to get back to half guard. Kadabby can't do much from the bottom here. Cole cracks Kadabby with a big right hand but Kadabby just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Adam Cole dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Cole clinches up against the cage. Cole has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Kadabby uses from the top position. Kadabby has gone for a leg lock! Cole slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kadabby's guard.
We've been informed that Cole has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Cole trying to control but Kadabby is working from the bottom. Kadabby wants to sweep here but Cole controlling him for the moment. Cole decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kadabby, up you get! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kadabby shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Cole sprawls well. Cole wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kadabby gets slowly back to his feet. Cole throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kadabby sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kadabby fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cole avoids it really well and circles away. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kadabby shoots in looking for a takedown. Cole tries to sprawl out of it but Kadabby keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cole manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Abby Kadabby. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cole stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cole wants it to stay on the feet. Cole lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Cole has managed to clinch.
Cole breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Cole scores with a takedown into Kadabby's guard. Kadabby is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Cole dives into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Cole working the head and body with strikes. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kadabby taking punishment in the form of punches.
Cole staying calm. Cole lands a decent elbow from side control. Adam Cole has got the better of the ground game so far. Kadabby on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Cole is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kadabby knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Cole lands a decent elbow from side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cole tries for a kimura but Kadabby is defending well. Kadabby knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cole on the ground. Cole creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Cole stands up and we're back to a striking position. Kadabby gets tackled into the cage by Cole. Cole maintains the clinch. Cole prevents a body shot from Kadabby. Cole's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Cole throws a right and a left that Kadabby avoids nicely. Kadabby slaps away a takedown attempt from Cole, before circling back to the center of the mat. Cole avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cole instigates a clinch. Cole breaks the clinch.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cole clinches. Cole breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kadabby looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Adam Cole showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Kadabby's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Abby Kadabby is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Cole misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Kadabby walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Kadabby slips a jab and a cross from Cole.
Kadabby throws a body kick that misses. Cole shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kadabby as he jumps to the side. Kadabby looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cole is fending him off so far but Kadabby persists. Nope, Cole circles away and we're back to standing. Cole darts in looking for a takedown but Kadabby gets double underhooks and turns Cole into the cage. Cole fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kadabby, pushing him back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kadabby tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Cole just stands there and leans against the cage. Kadabby tries to pull guard but Cole holds him up against the cage and eventually Kadabby drops back down to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Abby Kadabby. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Cole prevents a takedown attempt there.

Cole pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kadabby back to the cage. Cole follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Abby Kadabby has been cut. Cole moves into the clinch. Kadabby misses with a hook from the clinch. Cole breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Cole has closed the distance and engaged Kadabby in a clinch.
Cole's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kadabby stuffs the takedown attempt from Cole. Cole gets slowly back to his feet. It looked like Kadabby wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Kadabby takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Kadabby throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cole takes the fight into the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cole's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Cole has been the more effective fighter overall so far. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kadabby shoots in but Cole avoids the takedown attempt easily. Cole slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Cole uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. A solid leg kick lands there for Cole.
Oooooh!!! Cole has knocked Kadabby down with a huge combo! Cole steps away and waves a wobbly Kadabby back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Kadabby is rocked! Cole shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Cole slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Cole lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Adam Cole!
