The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Alvarez's coach down at Los Magnificos was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Alvarez's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Alvarez swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Habsburg prevents a body shot from Alvarez. Alvarez stalling in the clinch but Habsburg improves position. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Habsburg obliges. Alvarez misses with a short punch on the inside. Alvarez tries a body shot but Habsburg blocks it.

A clash of legs there as Lew blocks the low kick. A low kick from Lew is predictable there #TD# and Habsburg counters with a single leg into guard. Lew didn't expect that. Habsburg working some strikes from top position.#SU# Habsburg decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Lew pulls out of a head kick attempt.

#R1# Sutton shoots and misses #TD2# and Habsburg counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. #ROC2# Sutton is rocked! Habsburg loads up on a big left hand. Sutton felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Habsburg looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Sutton can't hide his disappointment, as Habsburg celebrates the victory.
