Wobblinger seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Ross bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Wobblinger's head backwards. Wobblinger swings widly with a right hand
and Ross counters with a good low kick that Wobblinger was not able to check. A chopping leg kick lands by Ross. Ross throws a right and a left that both miss. Wobblinger showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ross.
Wobblinger walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wobblinger throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Ross counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Ross throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Wobblinger sees it coming and avoids it easily. Ross goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Ross is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Ross showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Wobblinger.

Wobblinger rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ross moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Nice body kick from Ross. Irvin Ross seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ross connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ross lands with a straight right. Wobblinger didn't see that one coming. Wobblinger lands a nice shot that snaps Ross's head back.
#CUT# It looks like Irvin Ross has been cut. Wobblinger throws a series of punches but Ross avoids them all with ease. Ross bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Ross uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wobblinger.#T3##KD# Wobblinger lands a left and a right that send Ross crashing to the mat, dazed. Wobblinger thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC# Ross is rocked! Some wild striking there from Ross.
Ross is still on wobbly legs! Can Wobblinger finish him? Wobblinger goes for a small jab and connects. Now Wobblinger goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Ross stumbles back but Wobblinger runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Ross to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Ross will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Ross is trying to break the clinch but West is controlling him. Ross tries to break free but West pushes him back against the cage. West goes for a takedown in the clinch but Ross prevents it.
Ross tries to circle away but West has him pinned against the cage. West displaying some good clinch control by pressing Ross up against the cage. Ross told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.#BC# West escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Sullivan has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Ross blocks a head kick by Sullivan.
We've been hearing reports that Ross has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.#CL2# Sullivan moves into the clinch. Sullivan lands an elbow that stopped Ross in his tracks for a moment. #CUT2# It looks like Irvin Ross has been cut. Sullivan throws a knee to the head but misses.

Ross lands a couple of digs. Ross trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Sullivan is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Ross working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Ross loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sullivan is controlling Ross's posture. Ross must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.#ES# Sullivan pushes Ross off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Ciosek has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Ciosek lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Ciosek throws a hook but Ross blocks it. A countering left hand to the body from Ross misses. Ciosek throws an overhand right that lands on Ross's shoulder, as Ross tries to avoid the shot. Mo takes a swing at Ross's ribcage but misses. Mo scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Mo misses with a looping left. Mo looks to throw the jab but Ross is out of range. Mo misses with a right hand and Ross counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. He thinks about going to the ground but Ross looks back up at him and smiles so Mo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Ross lands with a straight right. Otumba didn't see that one coming. Ross fails to land with a series of punches.
Otumba drops down looking for a counter takedown but Ross sprawls and moves away. Ross scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Ross connects with a leg kick. Otumba looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Ross lands with a nice body punch. Ross fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ross comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Ross connects with the punch.#T1# Ross moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Otumba chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ross can pounce on him.
