Richerd is fighting off a takedown attempt but Estrada is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Richerd to the mat. Richerd regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Estrada accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Richerd feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.#ES#
Estrada manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Richerd isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Estrada stacks Richerd on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Estrada!

That was a close second round but I would say that Hosea Estrada will probably get the nod.

Estrada pushes Richerd off looking to stand but Richerd dives back in and keeps control.
Estrada is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Richerd's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Richerd's back!
