#R1##CL# Hodge tries to keep at a distance but Sherman has taken the fight into the clinch. Hodge looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Sherman is trying to break the clinch but Hodge has him pressed against the cage. Sherman tries to pull guard but Hodge won't allow it.
Hodge drops down looking for an ankle pick but Sherman pulls his leg out and moves away.
Hodge defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sherman. Hodge changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sherman tries to avoid it but Hodge manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sherman to the ground. Sherman escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Sherman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hodge pinned against the cage. Hodge gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rodrick Sherman. That's going to take a lot out of him. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Hodge is defending well. Gorski quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Hodge has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gorski celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.#CL# Morgan clinches up with Hodge and pushes him back against the cage. Deleon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Hodge stalling away here and it's allowed Deleon to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
