and Out counters with a crisp right hand that drops Gracie! Out lets Gracie back up to his feet, looking for a finish!#CUT2#
It looks like Conan Gracie has been cut.
Gracie tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Out paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Out throws a sloppy body shot
and Gracie connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gracie tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Out scores with a counter punch that sends Gracie to the canvas! Out smells blood - he's punishing Gracie with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Gracie has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Knock Out!
An out of breath Knock Out thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.

A lazy left from Tycoon finds it's target.
Tycoon swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Gracie counters with a nice uppercut.
Gracie throws a jab when Tycoon was well out of range.
Tycoon misses with a straight right.
Gracie punishes Tycoon's body with a nice straight punch.
Gracie takes one on the button.#CUT2#

Tycoon struggles to land a body shot inside as Gracie controls his hands.

Tycoon lands a nice hook to Gracie's body. Gracie takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Gracie is breathing heavily.
Gracie throws a jab when Tycoon was well out of range.
Tycoon now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Gracie takes a swing at Tycoon's ribcage but misses.
Tycoon throws the left hand but Gracie avoids the punch easily.
Tycoon swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Gracie swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Gracie is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tycoon. #T2#
Tycoon drops Gracie with a naaaaasty hook - Gracie is in real trouble here! Tycoon dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Gracie takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Mitchell throws a lazy uppercut
and Gracie counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mitchell takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Mitchell circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Gracie. Mitchell falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Gracie!
