#R1# Van Oostveen has a takedown stuffed. Williams fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Van Oostveen avoids it really well and circles away. Van Oostveen scores with a spinning back kick! Van Oostveen moves in looking to clinch but Williams pushes him off. Van Oostveen fails with the takedown#CL2# and Williams holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A frustrated look appears on Van Oostveen's face as he tries to break the clinch. #TD2# Williams lands a takedown into guard.
Van Oostveen wants to stand and escape but Williams is having none of it. Williams wants to pass the guard but Van Oostveen is keeping the position.#T1# Van Oostveen looking to control but Williams passes into half guard.
Williams looks winded! Williams working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Van Oostveen's thigh. Van Oostveen counters though and makes it back to full guard. Williams throws a big right hand that misses. Williams stops Van Oostveen from standing up. Williams is looking to advance position but Van Oostveen has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!#REVR# Van Oostveen tries to control but Williams wriggling away. #T2# Van Oostveen punishing his opponent with strikes. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Williams can do anything to dispel that myth. Van Oostveen looking to finish Williams with some ground and pound. This is bad for Williams! Williams is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Van Oostveen cracks Williams with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Williams can't escape the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Van Oostveen has control of Williams's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Williams regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Van Oostveen lands a heavy elbow. #T3# Van Oostveen lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Oooooh, big shot lands for Van Oostveen! Williams is hurt baaadly! Van Oostveen is firing away with more strikes - Williams is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
