Perez really is a fat lump.#TD2# Agoncillio closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Perez's guard. Perez looking for a sweep. Not yet Perez, not yet. Agoncillio trying to control the position from guard on top but Perez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Perez trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Agoncillio's corner is telling him to maintain position.#SUB# Perez escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Agoncillio gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Perez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Agoncillio on the ground. Agoncillio trying to control the position from guard on top but Perez is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Perez working for a triangle but Agoncillio defends it easily.
Agoncillio wants to control from the top but Perez keeps moving. #T1# Perez wants to hit a switch here but Agoncillio passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Perez there! Perez is squirming around, avoiding Agoncillio's attempts to control the action. Agoncillio wants to stand but Perez is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.
Perez tries to improve his position but instead Agoncillio has taken his back! Perez is keeping busy.
You can see the frustration on Perez's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
#T2##SUB2# Agoncillio has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Perez! Can he survive? No! He's out! Agoncillio gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
