#R1# Alexander throws a lazy head kick and Umarov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Alexander wants to clinch#TD2# and Umarov counters with a single leg into guard. Alexander didn't expect that. Umarov landing with the ground and pound. Alexander is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Umarov is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Umarov is working Alexander over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Umarov is in close to Alexander's body, working some short punches and elbows. Umarov stands up over Alexander, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Alexander is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Umarov landing with the ground and pound. Umarov landing some decent shots from guard. #T1# Alexander has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Umarov has passed into side control.
Umarov cracks Alexander with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Umarov immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Alexander is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Umarov!
