Let's see what he's got on the mat. Slade is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Slade's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Ogawa looking for a sweep. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Slade seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ogawa for as long as he can get away with. Slade slips a nice elbow through Ogawa's hands, connecting with Ogawa's forehead. Slade winds up and cracks Ogawa with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Slade with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. #T4# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Ogawa avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Slade stands and throws Ogawa's legs to the side, diving into side control. Ogawa is working to avoid the ground and pound but Slade connects with a decent elbow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Slade working the ground and pound. #R1##CL# Ogawa gets tackled into the cage by Balboa. Balboa maintains the clinch. #TD# Balboa ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Balboa no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Balboa tries to land a sweep but no joy. #SUB# Balboa had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ogawa defends it easily. Balboa tries to land a sweep but no joy. Balboa is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Ogawa dives into side control.
Ogawa trying to control the action but Balboa is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Balboa tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ogawa wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. #T1# Balboa is trying to control Ogawa's posture but Ogawa avoids it. #SUB2# Ogawa is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Balboa knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Balboa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ogawa on the ground. Ogawa is not going to allow Balboa to sit and survive in this position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.#T4# Ogawa trying to control. But no joy. Balboa closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ogawa circles away. Balboa fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ogawa manages to avoid it. Ogawa is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Balboa with a body shot. Balboa lands a head kick. Ogawa smiles back at him and beckons him forward. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Balboa tries for a takedown but Ogawa circles away easily and Ogawa counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rico Balboa. Balboa throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

No luck for Balboa with that takedown attempt. Balboa doesn't succeed with the takedown and Ogawa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Balboa. Rico Balboa is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Balboa changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ogawa tries to avoid it but Balboa manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ogawa to the ground. Ogawa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A little jabbing left from Ogawa on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.#T3# Balboa wants to clinch and Ogawa cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Balboa misses with a takedown attempt and Ogawa counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Balboa wants to clinch up but Ogawa keeps it at a distance. Ogawa looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Balboa is looking to clinch but Ogawa is avoiding it.

Ogawa manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Ogawa throws out a counter right but Balboa avoids it with no problem. Rico Balboa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A low kick from Balboa misses and Ogawa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Balboa shoots in looking for a takedown but Ogawa manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Balboa's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Balboa wants to clinch and Ogawa counters with a straight punch to the midsection. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Balboa fails with a takedown attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! Tomokazu Ogawa comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Ogawa winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
