Rekve is pressed up against the cage. Kerr has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rekve down to the mat. Rekve avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. #TD2# Rekve shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kerr is trying to defend but Rekve finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Rekve controlling the action here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#T1# Kerr wants to control but Rekve passes into side.

Rekve goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.#ROC2# Pittman is rocked!#TD2# Rekve closes the distance looking for a takedown. Pittman stuffs it but Rekve still has hold of him. Rekve picks Pittman up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Rekve slams Pittman to the floor and that's really hurt Pittman - he doesn't know where he is! Rekve throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!

Gavin is trying to pull guard but Rekve turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Gavin is trying to break the clinch but Rekve is controlling him. Gavin looking for a takedown. Gavin has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Rekve avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Mathias Rekve has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Gavin.#TD2# Gavin decides to pull guard. Gavin keeping moving, preventing Rekve from controlling successfully.
