Duke tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. #TD2# Seccombe scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Duke tries to buck Seccombe off but Seccombe is having none of it. Seccombe wants to lay and pray for a moment but Duke keeps working. Duke is looking to regain half guard here but Seccombe keeps moving and retains side control. Duke is working hard here to advance position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Duke striking from the bottom but nothing landed.

Seccombe tries to move to mount but Duke blocks the move with his legs. Duke is trying to improve his position. Seccombe working away. Duke is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Seccombe moves into full mount! Duke won't be happy about that! Seccombe avoids the attempt from Duke to control. Duke is looking to get to half guard. Seccombe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Seccombe lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Duke is controlling Seccombe's posture. Duke lands with a heel strike from the guard.

Duke with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Duke looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Seccombe with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Duke working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Seccombe wants to sweep but Duke has passed to side control! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Duke taking a breather here. Carson Duke dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round! #R3# Seccombe with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

#T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Duke doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Duke is on top in guard.

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Duke stays in close to Seccombe's body and controls the position. Duke working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. #T4# The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Duke is working Seccombe over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. And that's the end of the fight! Dominick Seccombe comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Seccombe has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
