Moore is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Moore is looking for a sweep. Moore knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jones on the ground. Jones scoring with punches and elbows. Jones advances to mount. Jones unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Moore wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Jones celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lindsey is trying to force a seperation but Moore has the dominant position. Moore changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lindsey fights it off and pushes away nicely.
No joy there for Lindsey, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lindsey will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

#R1# Desmarais does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Moore jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.#CL# Moore rushes Desmarais and presses him up against the cage. Moore working aggressively here.
Desmarais lands a left hand that snaps the head of Moore backwards. A quick uppercut on the inside from Desmarais. Desmarais pushes Moore back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. A right hand to the body from Desmarais.
Desmarais just leaning against Moore, taking a breather. Desmarais is leaning against Moore and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Desmarais scores with a shot to the side of Moore's head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
