#R1# Frisk on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Day throws a shot from downtown. Frisk moves away and avoids it. Day darts in and out, connecting with a jab. A swing and a miss from Day. Day lands a nice looking body shot.

Day fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.#TD# Frisk scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.#SUB# Frisk seems to be looking for submissions.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
