#R1# Byrd throws a right and a left that both miss. Byrd falls off balance throwing a combination
#CL2# and Hills counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Hills changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Byrd fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Byrd tries to close the distance and clinch but Hills swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Byrd uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Hills.
Byrd has his takedown stuffed#CL2# and Hills counters by clinching up. Byrd throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Byrd wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Byrd misses with the head strike.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hills stalling against the cage.

Hills should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Come on Byrd - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
#BC2# Hills pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.#T1# Byrd's corner calls for a 1-2. Byrd obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Hills blocks a leg kick.#TD2# Hills fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Byrd sprawls well initially but Hills persists and gets the takedown into half guard. #SUB2# Hills seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Byrd is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
