The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dempsey throws a body punch but Mcnair moves out of range. Mcnair was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Dempsey throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Dempsey walks into a jab. Mcnair fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Dempsey throws a right and a left that Mcnair avoids nicely. Mcnair is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dempsey. Mcnair looks to throw the jab but Dempsey is out of range. Dempsey takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Mcnair scores with a nice strike. It looks like Reagan Dempsey has been cut. Mcnair throws a looping overhand right but Dempsey ducks down to avoid it. Mcnair connects with a body shot. Mcnair throws a good cross that connects.
This has been an exciting period of action! Mcnair swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Dempsey is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Mcnair lands a big uppercut and Dempsey crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Dempsey looks OK. Mcnair waves Dempsey back to his feet! Dempsey is rocked! Dempsey gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jenkins. It looks like Reagan Dempsey has been cut. Jenkins takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Leroy Jenkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jenkins throws an overhand right that drops Dempsey like a sack of potatoes! Jenkins dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
