Rowan pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Cricket avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rowan works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.#CL#

A shot in the inside from Rowan.
Rowan tries to work over Cricket's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Rowan misses with a punch to the body.
Rowan lands a nice uppercut.
Rowan misses with a body punch.
Rowan scores with a nice hook to the head.
Rowan lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Cricket.
Rowan lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. #T1#
Cricket tries to pull guard but Rowan forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Cricket goes for a takedown in the clinch but Rowan prevents it.

Rowan is working Cricket over against the cage.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Rowan.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Cricket has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
A right hook to the body lands for Rowan.
Rowan scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Rowan lands with a short shot to the head. #ROC#Cricket is rocked!
Rowan lands a left hand.
Cricket is still on wobbly legs! Can Rowan finish him?
Rowan creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Cricket's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Cricket drops to his knees and Rowan pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zuber closes the distance and clinches up with Cricket, looking for a takedown. Zuber pushes Cricket against the cage but Cricket circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Zuber is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Cricket's half guard.
Cricket manages to get to full guard.
Zuber working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Cricket's head.
Zuber with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Cricket is rocked!
Cricket can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Zuber controls the pace.
Cricket is still in real trouble! Can Zuber finish him?
Zuber arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Cricket's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Darek Zuber!
