#R1# A looping hook to the body misses from Meine. Lazrus does a little dance to reset his feet. Lazrus feints the counter takedown. Lazrus looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Meine digs a good body shot into Lazrus's ribs. Meine pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Meine throws a big shot that misses.#KD# Meine lands a big right hand that sends Lazrus crashing to the mat! Meine stays standing though and waves Lazrus back to his feet!#CUT#It looks like Jesse Lazrus has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Meine knocks out Lazrus with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Meine before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Meine picks up the big W with a huge KO!

#R1# Lazrus darts in looking for a takedown but Spahn gets double underhooks and turns Lazrus into the cage. Spahn drops down looking for a counter takedown but Lazrus sprawls and moves away. Spahn shoots in but no luck this time. #TD# Spahn shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Lazrus is trying to defend but Spahn finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Nice strikes from Spahn there. Lazrus keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lazrus works his way to full guard. Good work. Spahn throws a big right hand that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Spahn working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Lazrus trying to keep a closed guard but Spahn is proving a slippery customer.
Lazrus is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Spahn takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Lazrus on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Lazrus is trying to maintain the position but Spahn is very close to passing his half guard. Spahn lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. #ROC#Lazrus is rocked! Spahn lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Lazrus! More strikes land and this one is all over! Spahn jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

#R1# Dawn looks for a takedown but Lazrus sprawls well. Dawn looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Dawn misses with a takedown attempt #CL2# and Lazrus counters into the clinch. Nicely done. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Isla Dawn. That's going to take a lot out of him.#BC# Dawn manages to break the clinch.
Lazrus throws a right and a left that Dawn avoids nicely. Dawn moves out of range of the body kick. Lazrus throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dawn shoots in for a double leg but Lazrus sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Dawn tries to clinch there but Lazrus circles away.
Isla Dawn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lazrus lands with a nice combination. Dawn backs away looking to recover. Dawn lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Dawn tries to counter by clinching up but Lazrus breaks away and moves out of range. Dawn tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lazrus swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dawn tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lazrus sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dawn somewhat. Lazrus with the counter takedown but Dawn avoids it easily.#CL# Dawn clinches up with Lazrus and pushes him back against the cage. Dawn is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Lazrus is defending well. Lazrus tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Dawn wants to stand but Lazrus is controlling his posture from full guard. Dawn passes into half guard. Lazrus won't allow Dawn to pass to mount. Lazrus preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dawn is looking to stall here but Lazrus recovers full guard. And that's the end of the fight! Jesse Lazrus comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lazrus has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Average controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Average postures up.
Lazrus seems keen to control Average's posture. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB2# Average avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Average is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Lazrus. Lazrus tries to buck Average off but Average is having none of it. Lazrus is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Average's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Average thumps the canvas. #R1# Lazrus keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bravo fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Lazrus wants to land a leg kick but Bravo is out of range. Bravo tries to counter with a takedown but Lazrus is quick to defend against it. Bravo fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Lazrus drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bravo defends it well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pato Bravo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bravo slips a jab and a cross from Lazrus.
Bravo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lazrus lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bravo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bravo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
