Cejka cracks Sonnen with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Sonnen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cejka tries to avoid it but Sonnen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cejka to the ground. Cejka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nice uppercut lands for Cejka. That snapped Sonnen's head back.
No joy there for Cejka, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
