Simpson lands a glancing blow to the side of Aphelios's head.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Aphelios takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Aphelios takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Aphelios shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. #TD#
Simpson tries to sprawl but Aphelios drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Simpson wants to stand back up but Aphelios manages to pass into side control.
Aphelios in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Simpson is trying to get back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Aphelios lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Aphelios looks up at the clock and then as Simpson takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Aphelios smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Simpson tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
