#R1# Esteban is trying hard to land a takedown here. Try sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Try swinging wildly here.
As Try tries to get set, Esteban tries to push him back and clinch up but Try manages to avoid the attempt. Try connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Esteban's hands. A head kick misses from Esteban. A low kick from Try misses #TD# and Esteban counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Esteban is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. #SU# Esteban gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Esteban tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Try defends well and Esteban ends up having to push Try into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#BC# Esteban breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Try looks to land a combination but Esteban avoids it well. #TD# Esteban dives in and scores a takedown into Try's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Esteban wants to control from the top but Try keeps moving. #T1# Esteban is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Try wants to get back to his feet but Esteban is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Try throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Esteban really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Esteban sitting in guard, not really doing much. Try is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Esteban's corner is telling him to maintain position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.#T2# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.#REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.#CL2# Try closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Esteban is trying to pull guard but Try turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rodriguez Esteban. That's going to take a lot out of him.#BC2# Try manages to break the clinch.
Try misses with a combination
#TD# and Esteban counters with a nice double leg into guard. Try looking to hit a scissor sweep but Esteban is one step ahead there. #SU# Esteban stands and steps away. Try gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. #T3# Try lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Try's jab looks to have found its range, popping Esteban under the eye. Esteban changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Try tries to avoid it but Esteban manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Try to the ground. Try escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Try slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Another Try seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Try jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Try connects with a crisp jab. #ROC2#Esteban is rocked! Try connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Esteban momentarily.
Oh Esteban is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Try connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Esteban to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Try!
