#R1# Thorne misses with a takedown #TD# and Keller counters with a nice double leg into guard. Thorne keeping full guard, as Keller tries to pass. Keller working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Keller wants to control from the top but Thorne keeps moving. Keller throws a big elbow that misses. Thorne bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Keller's guard. #REVB# We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Keller managing to control the position. Keller working a defensive guard here.
#T1# Thorne is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Thorne lands a couple of decent looking shots. Thorne not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Keller has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Thorne working some strikes from top position. Thorne controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. #T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Keller is trying to keep Thorne in close.
Thorne throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Keller works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Thorne in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Thorne postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Keller trying to control the position.

Thorne slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Thorne chips away with some ground and pound. Thorne's corner is telling him to maintain position. Keller is breathing heavily.#T4# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.#REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Keller throws a hook but Thorne avoids it easily. Keller fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Keller displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Thorne. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Keller thuds a left hand into Thorne's body. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Mike Keller will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!#R2##TD2# Keller gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Thorne lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Keller is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Thorne is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.#T1# Thorne throws a big right hand that misses. Thorne stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Keller swivels though and keeps the full guard. Thorne controls from within his opponent's guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Thorne working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Keller's head.#T2# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Thorne content to stall in guard here. Thorne scoring with punches to the head and body. Thorne shoots in for a takedown but Keller shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Mike Keller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kip Thorne.#TD2# Thorne looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Keller wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Thorne manages to pass to side control. #REVR# Thorne performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Kip Thorne showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!#R3# Keller throws a looping overhand right but Thorne ducks down to avoid it. Thorne is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Thorne looks for a takedown but Keller sprawls well. Keller lands a right hook to the body.
Thorne closes the distance and clinches up with Keller, looking for a takedown. Thorne pushes Keller against the cage but Keller circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. No joy there for Keller, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Thorne is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Thorne tries to get to full guard but Keller has control of the leg. Keller sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Thorne defending well though. Keller is keen to just control but Thorne is a slippery customer. Keller not landing any meaningful shots this time. Keller will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Thorne holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Thorne works his way to full guard. Good work. Thorne is pulling down on Keller's head to control his posture.
