#R1# Some tries to clinch up but Perdunov circles away and keeps his distance. Perdunov throws a head kick that misses. Some is looking to counter with head kicks.#TD2# Perdunov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Some was covering up waiting for the punch and Perdunov finishes the takedown easily into guard. Perdunov chips away with some ground and pound.#SUB2# Perdunov drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Perdunov jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Perdunov seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Some wants to sweep here but Perdunov controlling him for the moment. Perdunov stands and throws Some's legs to the side, diving into side control. #T1# A lull in the action here as Perdunov stalls from top position. Some takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Perdunov tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Perdunov staying calm.#T2# It looks like Perdunov might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance...
