Knightley slowing the pace effectively. Pulilis has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Knightley lands a shot to the body. A nice left hand lands by Knightley.
Pulilis misses with a hook to the ribs.
A head punch on the inside from Pulilis fails to land. Pulilis takes a shot to the head. Knightley blocking some punches.
Knightley throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Pulilis looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Pulilis goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Knightley crunches a lovely knee into Pulilis's ribcage. Knightley lands a shoulder strike. Knightley lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Knightley lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pulilis backwards. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Knightley tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Knightley manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

#R1# Pulilis throws a nice looking combination but Song bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A combination from Song does no damage. Song swings for the body but Pulilis moves out of range.
Song walks into a straight right hand from Pulilis. Song falls off balance throwing a combination
and Pulilis counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Pulilis definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Song takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Pulilis throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Song throws a right and a left that both miss.#TD# Pulilis closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Song did well to prevent Pulilis getting side control. This has been an exciting period of action! Pulilis slows the pace down in half guard. Song misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Song tries to get to full guard but Pulilis has control of the leg. Pulilis trying to control the pace. #T1##SUB# Pulilis is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Song defends it well. Song blocking the ground and pound attempt from Pulilis. Pulilis blocks the strikes from Song.

Pulilis is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

Song refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Song's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!

#R1# Pulilis fails with a takedown attempt. Decent striking displayed by QQ there. No joy there for QQ, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pulilis was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Pulilis definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. QQ scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Pulilis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. QQ goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. QQ throws a shot from downtown. Pulilis moves away and avoids it. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Pulilis is looking to clinch. QQ's jab looks to have found its range, popping Pulilis under the eye. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pulilis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Pulilis gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Pulilis tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but QQ is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Pulilis buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Pulilis!! Pulilis is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. QQ throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Test QQ! Test QQ was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed. |

#R1# Csemy scores with a nice head shot. Csemy throws a hook but Pulilis avoids it easily. Csemy thuds a left hand into Pulilis's body. Pulilis on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. No joy there for Pulilis, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Csemy swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Pulilis takes a body punch but keeps moving. Pulilis definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Csemy lands a nice hook to Pulilis's body. Pulilis takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Good shot there by Csemy. Csemy lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.#ROC2#Pulilis is rocked! Pulilis misses with a double jab
and Csemy counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

#R1# Song throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Pulilis's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Song connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Pulilis scrambles back to his feet. Pulilis fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Song looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.#CL# Song clinches up with Pulilis and pushes him back against the cage.#BC# Song breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pulilis lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Song bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Pulilis's head backwards. Pulilis slips a jab and a cross from Song.
Song has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Song there as he acknowledges the shot. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Song waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Pulilis. Pulilis misses with a wild combination.
Song takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Song takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Pulilis lands the left hand. Pulilis throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Song keeps the fight on the outside. Song throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Pulilis colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Song as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Pulilis is left battered and dazed whilst Song and his camp cheer!

and Makarov counters with a good low kick that Pulilis was not able to check. Makarov shoots in for a takedown but Pulilis shows good takedown defense. Pulilis scores with a jab to the body. Makarov looks to throw the jab but Pulilis is out of range. Makarov throws a looping overhand right but Pulilis ducks down to avoid it. Pulilis keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Pulilis scores with a shot to the body.
Pulilis throws a series of punches but Makarov avoids them all with ease. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A combination from Pulilis does no damage. Pulilis swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
