Rua seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jason Murray seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Murray goes for a double leg but Rua avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Rua continues to drive forward.
Rua lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Murray or not.
A battle for position here, against the ropes.
Murray wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Rua lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Murray backwards. #TD#

Murray working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rua doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rua manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Rua counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Salama out cold! What a finish! Rua is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Rua lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
