#R1##CL# Guerrera closes the distance and pushes Santiago back into the cage. Santiago jumps guard but Guerrera turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Santiago takes a knee right on the jaw!
Guerrera's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Guerrera stalling in the clinch.
Guerrera gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. #CUT#It looks like Pablo Santiago has been cut. Guerrera using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
I was talking to Guerrera's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Guerrera prevents the takedown attempt.
Santiago tries to score a body lock takedown but Guerrera shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Santos Guerrera has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Santiago. Santiago is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Guerrera to keep the fight standing. Guerrera has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Santiago - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Guerrera, and another! Santiago is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!

#R1# Price shoots in but Santiago avoids the takedown attempt easily. Santiago shoots in for a takedown but Price shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Price shoots in but no luck this time. #TD2# Price shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Santiago is trying to defend but Price finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Price seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Santiago does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Price tries to stand but his arm is trapped. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Santiago is looking for a sweep. Price is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Price passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Santiago! #SU2# Price stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. #T1# Price shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Santiago but Santiago pushes him off and we're back to square one. Pablo Santiago has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clayton Price. Price misses with a takedown attempt. #T2# Price is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Santiago! Price is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent. Santiago can't escape the position.
Santiago reaches up to try and control the position but Price seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Santiago rolls and tries to escape and now Price has his back!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Price has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Santiago's body.
