  Try and keep it no more than 5 in a session. Everything should be spread out enough to make that happen. If you guys would like some of the non-general ct sessions changed to general or would like to see some changes we will see what we can do just message down in the chat box and not me directly. As the island progresses we will try and make the gym get better as we can make it more affordable for even better training. Also talk in the chat and get some sparring sessions going.
