#R1# A punch combination from Sosa misses. Sosa misses the shot to the body. Hook goes for a double leg but Sosa avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Sosa continues to drive forward.#CL2# Hook fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sosa, pushing him back against the cage. Hook is looking to break free of the clinch but Sosa has double underhooks. Hook is trying to pull guard but Sosa has him pressed against the cage. Hook prevents the takedown attempt.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Hook has eaten all the pies! Hook tries for a takedown but Sosa manages to get underhooks.
Michael Sosa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Hook. Sosa jumps guard but Hook turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. #BC# Sosa breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sosa lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
#CUT# That has opened up John Hook's cut even more. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hook circles away from the clinch attempt.
Sosa bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Hook's head.#CUT# The cut above John Hook's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Hook throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sosa's waist but Sosa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hook off to one side. Sosa is looking to counter the offense by Hook and move into the clinch. Hook fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.#T1# Sosa scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hook in his tracks. Hook gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Sosa.#CUT# John Hook's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Sosa shoots for a double leg takedown but Hook sprawls well. He's pushed Sosa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Sosa fails with the takedown.#KD# Sosa drops Hook with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hook looks back up at him and smiles so Sosa waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at John Hook's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Michael Sosa! After winning the bout, Michael Sosa thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

#R1# Hook misses with a takedown attempt #TD# and Walker counters with a nice double leg into half guard. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Hook has eaten all the pies! Walker drops an elbow to the side of Hook's head. #CUT# It looks like John Hook has been cut. Hook on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Walker working Hook over with strikes. Walker is nestled in close to Hook, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Walker winds up and cracks Hook with a swinging punch to the side of the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2# Hook looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Walker working the head and body with strikes. Walker looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hook with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Walker content to control rather than advance. Walker lands with a punch from half guard. #CUT# The cut above John Hook's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Walker passes to full mount! Hook is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. #T1# Walker connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Wollams tries for a takedown. No joy.
#BC# Hook's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Wollams avoids a punch combination nicely.
A little jabbing left from Wollams on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Wollams shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hook sprawls well. Hook wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wollams gets slowly back to his feet. Hook fails with an attempt to clinch.
#CL2# Wollams pushes Hook up against the cage in a clinch. Hook is trying to drag Wollams to the mat but Wollams just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Wollams pulls guard effortlessly. Hook with a flurry of punches that miss. #T1# Hook trying to control but Wollams is working from the bottom. Wollams looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hook is one step ahead there. Wollams is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. #SUB2# Wollams is looking for a triangle but Hook pushes his legs off easily.
Wollams looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Hook is looking to work some ground and pound but Wollams has wrist control. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Hook knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wollams on the ground.#T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Wollams keeping moving, preventing Hook from controlling successfully. #REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.#TD2# Wollams closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Wollams lands in his opponent's guard. Wollams throws a big right hand that misses. Wollams slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T3# It looks like Wollams might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Hook controls Wollams momentarily but Wollams frees himself. Hook looking for a sweep. Not yet Hook, not yet. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.#REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.#CL2# Wollams clinches up against the cage.#T4# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Wollams wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

#TD# Hook decides to pull guard. Wollams advances to half guard. Hook tries to get to full guard but Wollams has control of the leg. #SU2# Wollams decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wollams misses with a low kick. Hook slaps away a takedown attempt from Wollams, before circling back to the center of the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hook throws a head kick that misses. Hook wants to clinch up but Wollams keeps it at a distance. No luck with that takedown attempt from Hook. John Hook is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wollams throws a leg kick but Hook moved away. Hook gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily #CL2# and Wollams moves into the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hook has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Wollams avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Hook. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hook has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hook wants to control from the top but Wollams keeps moving. #T2# Wollams seems keen to control Hook's posture.#SU# Hook decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Wollams, up you get! Wollams fails miserably with a takedown attempt.#CL2# Wollams pushes Hook up against the cage in a clinch. Hook has Wollams pressed against the cage.

Wollams pulls Hook in close to his closed guard and prevents Hook from doing any damage or advancing position. Hook throwing strikes from guard but Wollams blocks nicely. Hook tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Wollams defends well and Hook ends up having to push Wollams into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hook tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Wollams manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.#TD2# Wollams shoots in and bounces Hook off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Hook not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Wollams is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Hook is trying to control the position but Wollams postures up. Hook could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Wollams defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hook. Wollams flicks out a counter leg kick but Hook steps away. Hook slips a jab and a cross from Wollams.

And that's the end of the fight! Keenan Wollams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Wollams has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
