Laston throws a big shot that misses. Laston swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Jon Laston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Garner defending well as Laston loads up on a big left hand. Laston misses with a looping left. Laston misses with a wild body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A telegraphed right hand from Laston misses the target. Garner drops down looking for a counter takedown but Laston sprawls and moves away. A left and a right from Laston both land. Nice combination. Jon Laston is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.#T1# Garner shoots in looking for a takedown. Laston tries to sprawl out of it but Garner keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Laston manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Laston misses with a jab, cross combination.

Garner topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Laston dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Laston!

Rodas slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Garner. Garner is in trouble now - Rodas has advanced to mount! Rodas landing strikes, looking to finish! Rodas tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. #SUB2# Rodas is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Garner has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Rodas lands a big elbow. #CUT2# It looks like Errol Garner has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Rodas connects with a bit shot that sees Garner covering up! More strikes from Rodas and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Rodas is our winner by TKO!

Tucker in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Tucker won't allow Evelin to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
